Property plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the photographs.
Furthermore included in this new document disclosure appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but acquired the larger adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had formulated ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in notations in red and includes a key labelling different parts of the land.
Alongside this are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and architectural plans, including plans for marina coverings.
Additional images released as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
